Beef Strip Steak with Tarragon Butter Recipe
Light grill or start charcoal. We will use high direct heat Rub the garlic powder and pepper into the steak Mix butter, tarragon and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl Mix onion and garlic on square of aluminum foil Sprinkle light amount of cooking oil, preferably olive oil Bring corners of foil up and crimp together forming a pouch for mixture Place steaks over direct heat Place foil with mixture in corner of grill remove after five minutes Turn steaks after five minutes and continue to grill until reaching desired degree of doneness. It will vary with grill but about four minutes for medium (total nine) Remove steaks Mix onion mixture with tarragon mixture and serve steaks topped with result For comments or questions pat@clubhusband.com
