Yield: 1 Serving
1 Part Amaretto 1 Part Vodka
1 Part Sour Mix; bottled
Fill with orange juice Serve in a Highball Glass.

"The Mexican Bond"
Yield: 1 Serving
1 1/2 oz Tequila 1/2 oz Dry vermouth
1 ds Bitters 1 sm Chili pepper
Fill a mixing glass with ice. Pour in tequila and dry vermouth.(it should
be as dry as a Tiajuana hooker on a Monday morning) Shake it don't stir it
and strain into a martini glass(or an old shoe). If at all possible get your
wife to shake it and get a good view.Top with a dash of bitters. Throw in
a small chile pepper (it counts as a daily vegetable). Sit down and enjoy
