Ingredients 3 lbs. beef short ribs 1 medium onion sliced 1 Cup barbecue sauce Instructions Prepare gas grill and heat to medium. If using briquettes wait till they are white. If you have an adjustable grill put it on a setting about four inches off the briquettes. Rub ribs with Dave's Rub until completely covered. Arrange the ribs on the grill. Turning occasionally. If your grill is not adjustable you will have to turn the ribs more often. Grill until the ribs are brown on all sides. Put ribs into a pan with onions. Roast in the oven covered for two hours at 250 degrees. Uncover and completely cover in barbecue sauce then cook an additional 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Serve with additional sauce.
