Do you think someone could tell high school baseball coaches that it is okay to take a pitcher out of a game before his arm falls off. These Joe Torre wanna-bees need to be enlightened to the fact that high school pitchers are the only ones left that finish their games. What makes them think that if Greg Maddux doesn't finish his games that its alright for a sixteen year old to pitch till his arm hurts. Come to grips with the fact that you are a math teacher who gets a few extra bucks to give kids the opportunity to play ball. No one is going to discover you.You are never going to manage in the majors especially if you've  ruined every pitcher who has ever played for you.
