There will plenty left for those late night ham sandwiches
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Score top of ham both horozontily and vertically with a sharp knife . Make
the cuts about 1/2 inch deep. Top of boneless ham should look like
it has squares all over the top.
Place ham in a roasting pan and pour 4 ounces of beer over ham.
Bake for for approximately 30 minutes, pour 4 more ounces of beer on
ham.
Bake for for approximately 30 more minutes, pour 4 more ounces of beer
on ham.
Mix the brown sugar, mustard and pineapple juice in a bowl, creating ham
glaze.
After 90 total minutes of cooking spread brown sugar, mustard
glaze evenly over ham. Bake for another 30 minutes.
Let stand 20 minutes before slicing.
If you follow these directions your baked ham with brown sugar glaze
should be tender enough to cut with a fork once sliced.
